Our Founder - Rebekah Near - CEO

Rebekah is a Cum Laude graduate of WWU and the recipient of numerous Departmental Rewards. She has personally retrieved thousands of credit reports utilizing the three major credit bureaus; searched thousands of court/criminal records on and off line; studied, assessed and reported these files to clients; searched for and detected fraud on applications; searched and found missing or hiding individuals and their pertinent records. She has personally trained her staff in the above processes and oversees their daily processing of confidential information. Helping property managers, landlords and employers to prosper in their industry has impelled Rebekah to move into the arena of instruction on all phases of the tenant and employment screening process, and investigative searches. She is bubbly, magnetic, and articulate and cares about you and your success.
