Many property management firms offer "Tenant Placement
Services. Tenant Placement Services usually include but are
not limited to the following: Advertising, interviewing,
screening, and qualifying the applicants, showing the
rental(s), walk through with move in/move out inspection and
documentation, reviewing and signing of rental agreement and
all addendums, etc. At the point where the new tenants are
now occupying the unit(s), you, the landlord steps-in and
takes-over the actual management of the property throughout
the tenancy. In other words they find a tenant for you and
you manage the unit.
