Tips for
screening:
Before you screen your
applicants…
1. Review your Residential
Acceptance Policy with the applicant.
2. Collect two or more years of residence and employment
information.
3. Photocopy photo I.D. and Social Security card for your
records.
4. Photocopy documentation that supports income.
5. Review the rental application while the applicant is in the
office.
6. Check to make sure the information on the application is
complete and legible.
7. Designate the type of report you want.
8. Fax application to ORCA with the name of apartment or
landlord it is from. List legibly your fax and phone number.
9. If you have not received any information back on the
application within 24 hours, call us!!! |
