Effective immediately, and in accordance with federal and local guidance, Orca Information has prepared to continue work operations . Our new hours of operations are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and we will be closed on Saturdays. This will remain in effect until further notice as we continue monitoring the COVID-19 situation.

Internet problems have noticeably increased since COVID-19 began. Landlords and/or Employers sending applications by FAX are most negatively affected. Rental and/or Employment Applications are not making it into our internet system for processing as in past years. Experts tell us this is due to increased Internet traffic as people are not in school or in office as usual. The Internet system is overloaded. People are on the Internet causing traffic-jams! SOLUTIONS: 1. Landlord and/or Employer enters the Rental and/or Employment Application into the system online; 2. Landlord/Employer directs applicant to enter information using our ONLINE APPLICATION. WANT FASTER TURN-AROUND TIME? Use option 1 or 2 described above.
We at Orca are doing everything possible to process applications in the usual timely manner. Please help us keep up the quick turn-around time avoid faxing in applications.
